Yoga & Fitness

At the water’s edge we have built a wooden deck for outdoor yoga and fitness classes.  Classes will run from Spring until Autumn, for further information on what’s on and when go to the booking page. It’s a brilliant way to ensure you exercise in your precious time away. Join a class, then swim and sauna.

We currently run two Yoga and Fitness experiences:

- a regular Yoga / Fitness Class on the lake side deck followed by a Wild Swimming & Sauna session.

- a one Day Yoga and Wellness Retreat which runs on set dates several times a year.

All sessions must be booked in advance and session timings will be dependent on season, daylight, and weather conditions.

Enjoy a yoga or exercise class outdoors, followed by a Swim & Sauna. Please bring your own mats and all other kits and props you may need as well as plenty of water.  You may need warm layers and a blanket for colder months.

Yoga & Wellness Retreats

The perfect opportunity to unwind and reset with some wonderful day retreats at Elmore, which run on set dates throughout the year. 

In partnership with Emma Tilley these deeply relaxing days will feature meditation, yoga and nourishing food to create an inner glow to last all winter long.
